Which sections are protected by netting?

Our seating bowl netting extends from each dugout, Section 9 through Section 18 behind home plate. See our complete seating chart HERE.

Can I bring food/drink into the ballpark?

We do not allow any outside food or beverage into our ballpark, but we do permit one (1) bottle of water per person. See a complete list of stadium policies HERE.

Can I bring a bag into the ballpark?

Yes! Fans with bags will be required to go through our bag check station at front gates. Bags including purses, clutches, diaper bags, small backpacks and swim bags (for the pool area) are permitted. Large bags, luggage, and inflatables are not permitted. See our full bag check policy HERE.

Are strollers permitted in the ballpark?

Strollers are allowed in the stadium, though when parked they must be kept clear of aisle ways. Please make sure they can be folded up and placed under your seat or ask an usher to assist with a designated storage area.

Does Constellation Field have accessible parking and seating?

Constellation Field is completely handicap accessible and exceeds all ADA requirements. Handicap accessible parking is available in Lot A for those with government issued placards. Those who do not have a handicap placard but need assistance may call our TDECU Ticket Office at 281-240-4487 in advance of the game to make special arrangements.

Barrier-free seating for wheelchairs along with companion seats is located in numerous areas throughout the ballpark. Each skybox is equipped with removable seats to accommodate wheelchair guests on the skybox balcony. If you would like the seat removed, please stop by our Concierge Desk to make arrangements.

Does Constellation Field have wheelchairs available to use?

Yes - please stop by our Classic Chevrolet Customer Service Center near front gates and one of our friendly customer service representatives will be happy to assist you!

Can I bring a lawn chair and blanket if I'm sitting in the Grassland area?

Yes! Fans sitting in our Grassland area may bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit on.

Where can I get allergen information?

Is there a lost and found?

Yes – our lost and found is located at the Classic Chevrolet Guest Services Center near front gates and our skybox level Concierge Desk. If you have lost an item at the stadium, please call us at 281-240-4487 to report the missing item or to pick up the item during normal business hours.

There's rain in the forecast today - will the game be delayed or canceled?

We will always update our site, social media, and mobile app in the event of ANY delays or changes in game time. We will do everything in our power to play each game, and will make sure to post any and all updates immediately as we get them. Please stay tuned to our site, social media and app for updates! If the game is called due to rain, am I able to get a refund?

Refunds will not be issued in the event that the game is officially called, but you will be able to exchange your ticket to any 2020 regular season game based on availability. In order to do this, simply hold on to your ticket and bring it to our TDECU Ticket Office once you have selected a game date to exchange for. See our full ticket policy HERE.

What time do gates open?

Our gates open one (1) hour before game time unless otherwise noted.

Can I submit a special video board announcement for a game?

Yes! All public address and video board announcements may be made at our Classic Chevrolet Guest Services Center near front gates. Announcements may be made the day of the game up until first pitch. All guests making requests will be asked to pay a $10 cash only donation to benefit the Deacon’s Dugout Foundation.

Where can I watch/listen to games?

All our home games are broadcast on our YouTube channel HERE. Access to our live feed and broadcast can also be found on our mobile app and on our site by selecting “Watch Live” or “Listen Live” on our home page.

How can I get media credentials?

Requests for all media credentials should be addressed to our Media Relations Coordinator Ryan Posner via email at Credentials will be issued at the discretion of the Skeeters and may be picked up in our TDECU Ticket Office at Constellation Field unless otherwise noted.


I purchased tickets online but I have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Give our ticket office a call at 281-240-4487 and we’ll be happy to confirm your tickets for you!

How do ticket vouchers work?

Ticket vouchers act as "certificates" for tickets. Simply bring your voucher to our TDECU Ticket Office to exchange for tickets to any regular season home game. Ticket vouchers may be used for any regular season date (based on availability) unless otherwise noted.

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes we do! Every Monday home game we offer two free tickets to all military (active and retired) with proof of ID at our TDECU Ticket Office.

Do my young children require tickets?

Children three years and younger do not require a paid ticket, and may sit on your lap during games and events.


Do the Skeeters have open tryouts?

We do not hold open tryouts during our season and are unable to give out any manager contact information. However, the Atlantic League will be hosting two Mini-Camp Tryouts in spring 2020 – all information can be found HERE. If the Sugar Land Skeeters should host any local tryouts, all information will be posted on our website and social media.

Can I get an extra giveaway item / fan pack sent to me?

Unfortunately, our giveaways are reserved for fans in attendance at our games and cannot be sent. In addition, we are not able to send out any fan packs or free merchandise to fans. However, if you’d like to purchase Skeeters gear/merchandise, you may do so at our site HERE!

I ordered something from the Team Store and have not received any shipping or tracking information.
