The following information and game day policies are intended to foster a high level of safety and enjoyment for all guests.
Guests are prohibited from bringing alcohol beverages in to Constellation Field. The only alcohol permitted on the premises must be purchased and/or dispensed by authorized servers. Texas State Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to any person under the age of 21. No one under 21 is permitted to consume alcoholic beverages inside the Constellation Field. Guests are prohibited from taking alcohol beverages out of Constellation Field.

AUTOGRAPHS AND PICTURES
Guests are encouraged to ask players and coaches for autographs and pictures. However, once the umpires take the field, players and coaches may not sign autographs or take pictures until the game is complete. We also ask that you be courteous of your fellow guests when seeking autographs.
The Skeeters mascots, Swatson and Moe, will make regular visits to the skybox level. If you have special guests that would like a visit or specifically would not like a visit, requests may be made through the Premium Service Director in advance or the skybox level concierge on game day. We will make our best efforts to accommodate all requests.
For your convenience, the Ace Merchant Services ATM machine is located on the main concourse between the press box and the Classic Chevrolet Guest Services Center.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING AND SEATING
Constellation Field is completely handicap accessible and exceeds all ADA requirements. Handicap accessible parking is available in Lot A for those with government issued placards. Those who do not have a handicap placard but need assistance should contact the TDECU Ticket Office in advance of the game to make special arrangements.
Barrier-free seating for wheelchairs along with companion seats is located in numerous areas throughout Constellation Field. Each skybox is equipped with removable seats to accommodate wheel chair guests on the skybox balcony. Should you like the seat removed, please contact the Premium Service Director to make arrangements.
Children age three (3) and under are admitted free to Skeeters games provided the child sits in the lap of an accompanying adult. Strollers are allowed in the stadium, though when parked they must be kept clear of aisle ways. Please make sure they can be folded up and placed under your seat or ask an usher to assist with a designated storage area. Private breastfeeding areas are available for nursing mothers or breastfeeding is allowed in any public location of Constellation Field. Pre-packaged single serving snacks intended for babies and toddlers is permissible.
Bags are subject to random checks at any time as a deterrent to weapons, alcohol, contraband, and food or beverage. All bags must be smaller than 16" x 16" x 8". Large bags and luggage, inflatables, nets, noise makers, brooms, weapons, laser pointers, light sabers, coolers, cans, bottles, food and beverages are not permitted at any time. To ensure guest safety, the Sugar Land Skeeters reserve the right to refuse admittance of any item deemed hazardous or suspicious.
Bicycle parking is available near the front of Constellation Field in Lot A. If additional accommodations are needed due to special circumstances, the Constellation Field staff is happy to facilitate with advanced notice. Bicycles are not permitted inside Constellation Field.
CLASSIC CHEVROLET GUEST SERVICES CENTER
To make your visit to Constellation Field as pleasant as possible, the Classic Chevrolet Guest Services Center is located on the main concourse next to the main gate. A concierge is also located on the skybox level behind home plate. A Skeeters representative will be available at all times to offer 112% customer service.
CATERING & CONCESSIONS
In addition to skybox catering services and the Insperity Club gourmet action stations, Constellation Field features many local Texas and ballpark favorites that will make your mouth water from the second you step through the gate!
Our concession stands do sell common allergens (peanuts, dairy, wheat etc.) If you have any food allergies please contact the front office to make special arrangements to avoid contact with any specific allergens. The concession stands offer a wide variety of food ranging from the local flavor. There is something for everyone at the concession stands.
Cameras and video recorders are permitted inside Constellation Field. However, guests may not reproduce the game without the express written consent of the Sugar Land Skeeters.
CONDUCT AND LANGUAGE
The Skeeters intend to provide our guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere. Therefore, Constellation Field has established the following rules for expected guest conduct. Guests appearing impaired / intoxicated will be ejected from the park. Guests who enter the playing field or interfere with the play of a game will be ejected from the ballpark and are subject to arrest. Guests interfering with another guest's ability to enjoy the game are subject to be re-located within the stadium or subject to ejection. Guests shall not direct any abusive language or behavior towards players, coaches, umpire or other spectators. Should skybox guests create a disturbance or cause objects to be thrown or dropped from the Sky Box, the club shall have the right to eject the parties responsible for such action, or all the persons in the Sky Box, from the confines of the Stadium. Management reserves the right remove those individuals using abusive language from the stadium at their discretion.
The home run field dimensions at Constellation Field are 325 feet to the left field fair pole, 405 feet to center field wall, and 348 feet to the right field fair pole.
FIRST AID STATION / TEXAS CRITICAL CARE FIRST AID
The Texas Critical Care First Aid Station is located on the concourse behind section 9 on the first base side. Please report all injuries, accidents or any illnesses requiring assistance at this location, and do not leave the stadium without reporting injuries.
Please stay alert at all times during play as bats and balls may enter the stands. Guests are welcome to keep any ball thrown or hit into the stands, but you may not, under any circumstances, interfere with a ball that is in play by leaning over the box seat railing or outfield wall. Violators will be subject to ejection from the park. Baseball bats that enter the stands must be returned to an usher.
GATES OPEN / VIP ENTRANCE
Gates at Constellation Field open one (1) hour before the schedule game time, unless otherwise noted.
Should you lose your child (or your children lose you) during the game, immediately contact the nearest usher, the Classic Chevrolet Guest Services Center or the Skybox Level Concierge.
LOST AND FOUND
The lost and found is located at the Classic Chevrolet Guest Services Center and the Skybox Level Concierge. If you lost and item at the stadium, please call 281.240.4487 to report the missing item or pick up the item during normal business hours.
Requests for all media credentials should be addressed to MJ Burns via email. Credentials will be issued at the discretion of the Skeeters. Credentials are normally picked up at the designated Will Call location at Constellation Field.

CHILDREN'S MEMORIAL HERMANN PLAY LAND
One of the many child-specific features of Constellation Field is the Childrens Memorial Hermann Play Land. This play area is located in left center field compete with a carousel, fixed playground equipment for toddlers up through age 13 and professional baseball's only in-park splash pad; the Play Land is a great way for youngsters to burn off some energy.
NON-STADIUM FOOD & DRINK
No bottles, cans, food, beverages or containers may be brought into Constellation Field with the exception of one (1) sealed plastic bottle of non-flavored water no larger than 16 oz. per person.
For safety reasons, all glass containers are prohibited on all skybox level balconies.
The public address system at Constellation Field will be used for paging in extreme cases only. Those needing to page someone should report to the Classic Chevrolet Customer Service Center located on the concourse behind home plate.
PUBLIC ADDRESS AND VIDEO BOARD ANNOUNCEMENTS
All public address and video board announcements may be made to the Sugar Land Skeeters at the Classic Chevrolet Guest Services Center on the day of the game up until the first pitch of the game. All guests making requests will be asked to pay a $10 cash only donation to benefit the Deacon's Dugout Foundation.
Constellation Field features two parking areas with accommodation of over 2,000 parking spaces.
Lot A, located directly around stadium is reserved for permit parking only. Permits include VIP, preferred parking or state issued handicap permits. Lot A is best accessed using Texas State Highway 6, exiting at Imperial Boulevard then connecting at Stadium Drive.
Lot B, located just over Oyster Creek and connected by a pedestrian fort bridge, provides ample free parking for all other fans attending the game. Lot B is best accessed using State Highway 6.
No pets are permitted with the exception of Dog Day promotions (see promotional calendar) and service dogs.
Playbills are complimentary to guests and can be found at the playbill stand inside the Home Plate gates, in skyboxes and at the skybox level concierge desk. The playbill contains a scorecard, Skeeters roster and player highlights, feature stories and information on the ballpark. Multiple editions of the playbill are printed each season, with updated team information and stories for the fans.
For the safety of our guests, police are on site at every Skeeters game. If you have an emergency please contact the nearest Skeeters staff member.
On promotional nights with limited quantities, guests with a single ticket entering the game will receive a single item while available.
In addition to private restrooms located in each skybox, restrooms are located between the Insperity Club and the concierge behind home plate in the skybox level. Concourse level restrooms are located along the first base concourse, third base concourse, and in centerfield under the Big Texas Video Board. While all bathrooms are equipped with baby changing stations, the stadium family restroom with baby changing station is available behind section 4. The family restroom may be locked and used as a secure nursing station.
Guests who must leave and re-enter, may do so through the main gates behind section 17. Guests who plan on re-entering MUST have their ticket re-scanned or hand stamped before they leave the ballpark and present their ticket for re-scanning or hand stamp upon re-entry.
Please keep Constellation Field beautiful by placing all trash and debris into trash or recycle containers. Be sure to keep an eye out for the Republic Services Trash Monster roaming throughout the concourse!
In consideration of the health and comfort of others, Constellation Field is a smoke-free facility. A smoking section is located outside the stadium down the stairs on the first base concourse behind section 3.
The Skeeters TDECU Ticket Office is open Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Weekends (Non Game Days) - CLOSED, Game Days - 9:00 am to the 5th Inning. Fans can either stop by the Skeeters TDECU Ticket Office, call 281.240.4487 or purchase tickets online at SugarLandSkeeters.Com 24 hours/day, seven days/week.
Tailgating is prohibited in all Constellation Field parking lots.
Standard size umbrellas are allowed in the stadium for rain events so long as that use of umbrella does not obstruct the view of another guest trying to watch the game. Umbrellas for the purposes of sun shade are not permitted.
The carousel and stadium water play features will close due to inclement weather, particularly heavy rain and/or lightning. A specific answer as to which rides will be closed or which rides remain open is not possible because varying degrees of inclement weather cause different effects on different rides. The Sugar Land Skeeters make every effort to reopen carousel and water play features as quickly and safely as possible.
Weapons of any kind are prohibited inside the stadium. Guests who are found in violation will be subject to removal from stadium and possible arrest. The only exception is law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties.
TICKET PICK-UP WINDOW
Guest may pick up tickets at the "pick-up" window located next to the TDECU Ticket Office at the main entrance. A valid photo ID must be presented when picking up tickets at the Pick-Up Window, and tickets will only be released to the name the tickets have been left for.
