Skeeters Policies & Procedures
Here’s how easy it is to book a group!
- Select at least 3-5 dates that your group can attend a Skeeters game. We recommend choosing weekday games as well as weekends to increase your chance of getting one of your preferred dates.
- Contact the Group Sales office by calling 281-240-4487.
- Pay a non-refundable deposit of 25%. We suggest that groups should be prepared to pay with a credit card at the time of reservation. If you need to issue the Skeeters a check, we must receive within 10 days of booking your event. This is an essential step to ensuring your reservation.
- Need help coordinating tickets? The Skeeters can provide group posters and digital fliers to inform your group of all the exciting details.
- Full payment is due three weeks prior to your event. Your personal coordinator will send you reminders to insure payment is made on time.
- Tickets may be picked up and paid for in-person at Constellation Field or alternative arrangements may be made via your Skeeters Event Marketing Representative.
Available Upgrades
Parking passes may be purchased for $3.00 a piece.Additional concession credit may be added to your tickets.
Popular merchandise items such as programs, t-shirts, baseballs, hats, and jerseys are available. If necessary, a final payment of the remaining balance is required 21 days in advance of your group outing.
Policies and Procedures
Tickets will not be released until full payment is received. There are no refunds or exchanges on paid tickets.All locations in the ballpark feature barrier free accommodations. If barrier free seating is required, please provide notice when making your reservation.
We cannot guarantee that tickets added on after your original purchase will be located with the original group.
No tickets will be mailed within seven days of the game.
No dates will be held for picnics, terrace boxes, or sky boxes without initial payment.
In the event of cancellation the deposit and all subsequent payments are non-refundable, however can be used towards group ticket for any future Skeeters game in the same season based on availability.
