I registered my child for the membership today.
How can I pick up the package?

You may come to our offices and pick up your child's membership package at Constellation Field (1 Stadium Drive, Sugar Land, TX 77498), they may also be mailed by request for an additional fee.

If my child signed up after the initial 200, when will they receive their Buzz Brigade Backpack and additional game tickets for the PB & J Banquet and Closing Night games?

Are we able to upgrade our General Admission Tickets to Field Box Tickets?

Yes, for your chosen game, the PB&J night, and Closing game, you will have the opportunity to upgrade your tickets. We will not be allowing any upgrades for Opening Day. Upgrade can be purchased for $4, please call the Skeeters office at 281-240-4487 to do so.

How long does the membership last?

Memberships will expire one year after you register your child. At that time, your child will need to be signed up for the next season.

My child is a member and I need to make changes to our account. How can I inform the club of our new information?

My child lives outside of the Sugar Land area, can we still be members?

Of course, Skeeter's Buzz Brigade is open to fans all over! Just inquire online at SugarLandSkeeters.com or call 281.240.4487

If I sign a child up for a Buzz Brigade membership days before he/she turns 13, will they still get their membership package?

If you sign up a child for a Buzz Brigade Membership shortly before that child turns 13, they will still receive a package but their Buzz Brigade membership will end on their 13th birthday. They will not be eligible for any experiences that take place after their 13th birthday.

My child lost/misplaced the membership card. How can I get a new one?

We are happy to offer replacement membership cards at a small fee of $3.00 per replacement card. This fee covers the cost of the card, printing, fulfillment, and postage fees. If you'd like to order a replacement card, please send a check or money order in the amount of $3.00 per replacement card, payable to the Sugar Land Skeeters, along with the member's name and address where the card should present, to the following address:

Is my membership information private and will it stay within the Skeeters Organization?

Yes. All information you provide will be used solely for Sugar Land Skeeter's Buzz Brigade related purposes. We will never sell or otherwise distribute your information to a third party not associated with us.

Is my child eligible to win more than one contest per year?

Unfortunately, members are only eligible to win once. We have many Skeeter's Buzz Brigade and would like as many members as possible to win.
